WHY SMS and not an Email: although we offer the passengers emails as an alternative channel, the SMS technology it is associated to the most basic functions of the phone, therefore it is not affected when the traveler avoid “data roaming” and It also gets delivered with basic signal strength, opposite to data that requires more time to get connected and a better signal.
